Atlantic Terrace 12, LLC is a partnership between Fifth Avenue Committee, Magnusson Architecture and Planning and Mega Contracting.

Fifth Avenue Committee (FAC) is an award winning non profit community development corporation whose mission is to advance economic and social justice through a comprehensive set of programs, including developing and managing housing and community facilities, that enable our community to be more affordable, inclusive, just and sustainable. During its 32 year history, FAC has renovated or constructed over 100 buildings to create more than 700 rental and cooperatively owned homes including homes that are sustainably designed and are affordable to families at a range of incomes. FAC currently manages over 500 rental and cooperative owned units and has over 1,000 units of affordable, mixed income, and mixed use housing and community facilities in its development pipeline, representing more than a $350 million direct investment in communities throughout South Brooklyn.

Magnusson Architecture and Planning (MAP) is a leader in the design of Green Mixed Income/Mixed Use Multi-Family Residential developments. Since it was established in 1986, MAP has been committed to the issues of urban revitalization, sustainable community development and the design of high-performance housing, schools, commercial and community buildings. Their award winning projects for non-profits, developers and institutional clients are known for their contribution to community, construction quality and sustainable design.

Founded in 1990, Mega Contracting has earned the trust of numerous clients, public agencies and funding institutions. The Company is active with major residential, institutional, infrastructure and commercial new construction and renovation projects for leading private and public sector developers, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies and property management firms. An award-winning company, Mega has built and renovated tens of thousands of apartments and completed thousands of square feet of new commercial space.
